Akshaya Tritiya Mantras are chanted on the auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya, believed to bring inexhaustible (akshaya) prosperity. This day is sacred to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi.

अक्षय्य फलदातारं विष्णुं सर्वगुणान्वितम्

Salutations to Lord Vasudeva (Vishnu). Salutations to Goddess Mahalakshmi. I worship Lord Vishnu, the bestower of inexhaustible fruits, endowed with all virtues — I worship Him always with devotion; grant me the boon of inexhaustible abundance.
