📖 About Sankashti Chaturthi
• Sankashti means "deliverance during troubled times." Lord Ganesha removes all obstacles (Vigna Harta).
• The fast begins at sunrise and is broken only after sighting the Moon in the evening.
• After moonrise, offer durva grass, modak, and red flowers to Lord Ganesha.
• Recite the Sankashti Chaturthi Katha and chant "Om Gan Ganapataye Namah".
• Angarki Chaturthi (when Sankashti falls on Tuesday) is the most powerful of all.
