The Hare Krishna Mahamantra is the great chant for deliverance, consisting of 16 words composed of three names of the Supreme Being — Hare, Krishna, and Rama. It is the principal mantra of the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition and is prescribed in the Kali Santarana Upanishad.
